#1 Do I have the right to select the shop that will repair my car?
Yes. In order to expedite your claim, select Paul's Body Shop, leave your automobile with us, and notify your insurance agent or company that it's at Paul's.

#2 Do I need to get three estimates?
No. Notify your agent or insurance company. Your insurance adjuster may need to inspect the damage. If your insurance company has a drive-in claims service and your car is safe to drive, you should call them for an appointment, take your car there, make sure you get a copy of the insurance adjuster's estimate, and take it and your automobile to Paul's.

#3 Must I notify my insurance company before repairs?
Yes. Insurance policies require you to notify your company or agent, make a report, and tell them where the damaged vehicle maybe inspected.

#4 Your car is the second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve it's value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.

#5 Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.

#6 Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you're not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, PLEASE ASK US.

#7 Who pays for the repair bill?
You must arrange for payment. Your insurance policy states that the insurance company will pay you less any deductibles or depreciation.

#8 At Paul's we offer an ASA Nationwide Warranty. Let us help you negotiate a claim with the insurance company. We are here to serve YOU.

#9 Is it required that I use a repair shop from my insurance "Preferred List"?

No, only you can authorize what shop repairs your vehicle.
Pauls Body Shop may not be on every insurance company's "Preferred List", but we have been Yakima Valley's Preferred Body Shop since 1968!
